Property Alliance Group has secured three deals totalling more than 9,600 sq ft at Westgate, its office scheme in Hale.
Consultancy firm Armstrong Craven has renewed a five-year lease for 3,136 sq ft and property consultancy Harvey Silver Hodgkinson has signed another 10-year lease on 1,650 sq ft. Following recent expansion, healthcare brand consultancy Strategic North has taken 4,820 sq ft on a new 10-year lease.
Alliance bought the 1980s-built Westgate vacant in 2006 and has refurbished the four-storey property to offer 16,000 sq ft of grade A space.
Rob Peill, head of offices at Alliance, said: “These deals reflect the strength of the South Manchester office market, where we are continuing to see a growing demand for high quality, well managed office space.
“Within the last six months alone, we have secured more than 30,000 sq ft of lettings in South Manchester through new occupiers and renewals.”
The developer-landlord’s recent South Manchester deals include fuel provider Greenergy which has renewed a 10-year lease for 7,000 sq ft at Egerton House at the Towers business park in Didsbury, and Unique Sports Management’s five-year lease for 1,400 sq ft at Camelia House in Wilmslow.
