Simon has a vast knowledge and experience in dealing with the North West commercial property market and is a Chartered Surveyor. He graduated from Salford University in 2001 with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Investment.

Simon has worked for a number of the large City Centre Chartered Surveying practices in and around the Manchester area including Altus Edwin Hill and WT Gunson, where he was Associate Partner for the last 6 years.

Simon specializes in commercial sales and lettings, property management, investment sales and also has experience in a wide range of landlord and tenant issues, rent reviews, lease renewals, bank and pension fund valuations and has a good market knowledge.
